Sodexo is one of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world. We worked with the benefits and reward service arm of the company. Sodexo has been implementing successful benefits and rewards programmes in many countries for a number of years.

Sodexo came to Rooster with an idea: to revolutionise employee benefits with a new way to put money aside and get an amazing 5% extra when they spend. To achieve this they needed a bespoke web portal where employees can set up the goals and attach their prepaid card. They also needed a brand that encompasses everything Sodexo’s benefits and reward programme stands for.

Creating a consistent brand that grabs and retains attention in a crowded marketplace.

Money Boost needed more than a website to make a big splash in the marketplace. The first step was to produce a stunning range of print brochures to promote Money Boost and demonstrate how easy it is to get started, with custom brochures to target each audience type.

This was supported by a range of bespoke hand-drawn illustrations to show the potential benefits of the spending boost. In total, we drew over 12 illustrations ranging from the Empire State Building to a washing machine!

Creating a bespoke web portal with a focus on UX and engagement.

Our solution was to design and build a bespoke web portal which makes it easy for employees to set up their goals and put on a special Money Boost spending card. Our design team worked closely to utilise the new branding in a user-friendly as easy to use design. This design was brought to life by our expert development team, who created a fast and slick web portal, which seamlessly fit into their current website.

In the first two months after going live, the web portal had seen some excellent engagement, with users staying for over 3 pages for almost 2 minutes per session. They were highly engaged with the new portal, which shows through the low 39% bounce rate on the page as well as the duration spent on site.

Blending live action and hand-drawn animation to create a stunning and effective client video.

Our in-house animators spent a long period on preparation before a long day of shooting in a premier video studio to bring Sodexo’s video into the world. After a period of editing the result is a mix of live action and hand-drawn scenery that looked fantastic! Best of all, the client was over the moon. Can you ask for more than that?
