LVS Ascot is an independent, all-ability private school in Ascot, Berkshire. The school offers day and boarding for boys and girls aged 4 to 18.

The school achieves outstanding academic results and delivers a challenging curriculum – enriched with a wide programme of co-curricular activities. They approached Rooster in search of a new brand identity that would celebrate their unique, refreshing view on education.

Brand workshop

We ran a selection of audience and outcome exercises, starting with parents, pupils and teachers. This gave us a strong understanding of the general perceptions of the school and helped identify areas we could build on.

To take the brand forward, we identified some key areas we needed to work with: brand proposition, image style, brand messaging statement and key brand values. Combined with the insights from our brand workshop sessions, we devised an effective, creative campaign for print, social and digital.

Visual identity

The key takeaway sentiment from the brand workshop was that LVS Ascot has a genuinely refreshing approach to education, with a focus on the individual. This needed to be at the heart of the campaign, so our creative team decided to look at things from a different perspective – quite literally.

Our art direction aligned the visual style of the shoot with the brand concept, unifying the message and mood across all imagery. The outcome was a selection of bright and vibrant images that have been used in print and digital applications, including the website.

Integrated marketing

The exciting branding and messaging for LVS Ascot were implemented across print and digital, for a cohesive and consistent identity.


As part of the visual evolution, Rooster created a dynamic new website that represented each aspect of school life at LVS. We designed an intuitive, responsive website which extended our new branding and unique photography – building the brand narrative and style.

Brand rollout

LVS has a wide range of marketing materials, ranging from brochures and digital artwork through to signage and livery. We rolled out the new campaign across their digital and physical marketing touchpoints – including digital MPU banners, branded bags as well as the school’s minibuses.


LVS Ascot is located on the road to the world-renowned Royal Ascot Racecourse. To take advantage of the volume of traffic during race days, Rooster worked up a creative set of banners to capture the imagination of passing drivers, linking back into school messaging. Our banner creative was bright, colourful and full of energy – just like a day at the races.
