employee benefits

Sodexo is one of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world. We worked with the benefits and reward service arm of the company. Sodexo has been implementing successful benefits and rewards programmes in many countries for a number of years.

Sodexo came to Rooster with an idea: to revolutionise employee benefits with a new way to put money aside and get an amazing 5% extra when they spend. To achieve this, they needed a bespoke web portal where employees could set up goals and attach their prepaid card. They also needed a brand identity to fit their new scheme.

designing a visual identity

Our solution was Money Boost. We produced a stunning range of print brochures to promote Money Boost and demonstrate how easy it is to get started, with custom brochures to target each audience type. This was supported by a range of bespoke hand-drawn illustrations to show the potential benefits of the spending boost. In total, we drew over 12 illustrations ranging from the Empire State Building to a washing machine.

Our in-house animators and video team shot, edited and prepared a blend of live action footage and animation – for a unique piece of video that captured exactly what the client wanted.

web portal

We had a unique identity and a name – but the web portal was to become the beating heart of this campaign. We designed and built a bespoke portal that makes it easy for employees to set up goals on a special Money Boost spending card. Our design team worked to utilise the new branding in a user-friendly, easy to use design. This design was brought to life by our expert development team, who created a fast, slick web portal that seamlessly fits into the Sodexo website.

In the first two months after going live, the web portal experienced excellent engagement, with users exploring the portal in depth. We achieved a low 39% bounce rate overall.

print

We created assets for use across large format, exhibition stand printing and direct mail leaflets – using the same blend of models and illustration we’d established in the design language for Money Boost.
