A brand audit is when we look at the way the brand is positioned currently in the marketplace. We look at all the assets and all the touch points of a brand, and then we see whether it aligns to the brand’s values, brand’s mission, and where the brand wants to go in the future. And then we take a look at everything, then we’ll order it all, and then we’ll feed back how we feel the brand is currently perceived in the marketplace and how the brand should be perceived in the marketplace.
